Current Research
I am currently working on two research projects: 1) a historical piece dealing with the substance of, and various participants (Agnes MacPhail, James McRuer, Tim Buck, R.B. Bennett, etc.) in, the 1938 Archambault Commission into the penal system; and 2) an analysis of the current state of habeas corpus.
