Graduate Studies in Labour and Employment Law

A key mandate of the Centre is to provide students with opportunities for research and linkages with the labour and employment law field.  Students pursuing master's and doctoral degrees in labour and employment law at Queen's will be integral members of the CLCW.  Drawing on an inter-disciplinary research network, the Centre will provide opportunities for graduate student participation in an active research program.

Opportunities

Through assistance from the Law Foundation of Ontario, the Centre has available a pool of funding support for successful applicants to graduate studies at Queen's Law.  Candidates looking to commence graduate studies in the fall of 2011 and whose theses will engage current issues relating to labour or employment law and their related fields will be considered for support by the Centre.

Part or full-time candidates for graduate study wishing to be considered for the funding pool should indicate their interest to the Centre at the time of submitting their application.  Queries are welcome and can be forwarded to the Centre at clcw@queensu.ca.
