Bob Rae, MP for Toronto Centre and Foreign Affairs Critic for the Official Opposition, delivered a lecture on "Canada and the World" in Macdonald Hall on March 11, 2010. The lecture was part of Queen's Law's International Speakers Series directed by Professor Darryl Robinson.
