Mike Gillis, Law '89, is profiled in Globe and Mail
Canucks GM tells how Queen's Law helped prepare him for role with the Stanley Cup finalist team
Mike Gillis, Law '89, General Manager of the Vancouver Canucks, was interviewed by the Globe and Mail about his role with the hockey club, which is heading to the Stanley Cup final starting on June 1. Gillis speaks about how his time at Queen's Law as a student and later as a sessional instructor of the Sports and Entertainment Law course helped form the philosophy he brings to the Canucks.
Gillis is also President of Canucks Sports & Entertainment, and Alternate Governor of the Canucks.
