(Formerly known as The Fasken Moot and still called "The Baby Jessup")
The "Baby Jessup" provides an opportunity for first year students to prepare and present oral arguments on an international law issue against students from other Canadian and American universities. A small number of prizes are awarded and each mooter receives a written comment by the judges on his or her performance. The Moot is held in Toronto in March.
Prerequisite: Must be a first year law student.
Course Evaluation: Not for credit, however, a notation respecting participation will be placed on student record.
2010 No futher participation. The Fasken Moot has folded.
