Hicks Morley Labour Arbitration Competition & Hicks Cup

Organized by the Queen's Labour and Employment Law Club. (Not for credit)

This moot is a pre-requisite for participating in the Hicks Cup. This labour arbitration moot is open to all law students. No background in employment or labour law is required.  No written factums are required. The competition is limited to a total of 12 teams and each team is made up of two students. Queen's University and University of Western Ontario participate.  Lawyers from Hicks Morley and union-side lawyers will act as arbitrators for the competition. One or two winning teams are invited to participate for the Hicks Cup against Western.
