We can assist qualified clients with the following kinds of problems:

Criminal Offences of a relatively minor nature (where jail is not likely upon conviction)
Employee's Rights Matters (for disputes over working conditions, wages and pay in lieu of notice or Employment Insurance entitlement)
Provincial Offences of a relatively serious nature (where large fines, numerous demerit points or jail are possible upon conviction)
Small Claims Court Matters (for civil matters for payment of money or return of property worth $1,000 to $25,000)
Income Maintenance Matters (for provincial and federal disability appeals or Ontario Works problems)
Tenants' Rights Matters (for disputes about rent, property maintenance or landlord behaviours)
Victims' Rights Matters (for claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board)

We also assist qualified clients who need to deal with affidavits or need the assistance of a Notary Public.
