Each year, we place law students with local organizations in need of free legal services, offering our students the invaluable opportunity to expand their legal skills while working for the public good. All projects are supervised by lawyers who have demonstrated a commitment to Pro Bono work. This year, we have created the most diverse program yet that reflects both the diverse nature of the practice of law as well as the Kingston community.
PBSC has a huge presence nationally as the largest law student organization in Canad. Last year, 1,500 or one quarter of all Canadian Law Students provided over 120,000 hours of free legal services to over 400 public interest organizations. This wide network of volunteers and the national scope PBSC National and the local chapters to give all of the stakeholders the best experience possible, whether as volunteers or as clients.

Provide invaluable experience.

Legal research skills are central to the profession. Employing and polishing such skills will surely be reflected in your marks
