Seat Booking Policies
Seat booking priority will be given, in order, to:
- Students with back-to-back in-person and remote classes who do not live close enough to travel between home and campus in a break between classes.
- Students with exceptional needs for study space.
Space is extremely limited. If you do not need to book space for either of these reasons, please make alternate arrangements.
If you require space for either of these reasons, and there is no space available, please contact Helen Connop (email@example.com).
Booking Information and Instructions
Seats can be booked in 30-minute blocks between 8:30AM and 8:30PM. Users of booked space must leave the building by 9:00PM.
Please don't book longer blocks longer than you require or book more than one seat at the same time.
Please do not move any desks or stored furniture within the room.
Masks must be worn in the building at all times, and physical distancing of two metres (six feet) from other users must be maintained.
Users must follow the directional and disinfecting signs and procedures posted in each area.
Rooms are not monitored regularly by staff and we are not able to guarantee that there will not be any noise disruptions during exams. Rooms are primarily used as a study space so students may be coming and going throughout the day.
Learn more about disinfecting public spaces from Public Health Ontario.
