Paul Quick has been a staff lawyer and litigation counsel for the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic since 2016.  Previously he practiced criminal and correctional law in Kingston, and social-justice-oriented civil litigation in Toronto.  He graduated from Queen’s Law in 2009 with a score of academic awards, including the Medal in Law for highest standing.  Paul supervises students in the Law 418 (Prison Law) and Law 419 (Advanced Prison Law) courses, and represents prisoners in Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.  He maintains a tiny flock of backyard chickens in Battersea, Ontario.
