Abdullahi Moyosore ABDULQUADIR is a dedicated lawyer with deep interest in International Economic Law. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Ilorin (Unilorin), where he was actively involved in moot competitions. He was awarded the Murli T. Challeram Undergraduate Merit Scholarship for his academic excellence and served as the Chief Judge of the Law Students’ Society, Unilorin. Over the past 4 years of being admitted to the Nigerian bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Abdullahi has worked as an Associate at Pinheiro LP and a Legal Officer at Lotus Bank, advising on complex domestic and international transactions. In addition to his professional roles, Abdullahi is committed to community service. He has volunteered with initiatives like the Unilorin Legal Aid Clinic where was he was actively involved in the NULAI/OSIWA Prison decongestion Project 2018 which facilitated access to justice for over 50 pre-trial Detainees in Ilorin. Abdullahi is eager to advance his legal expertise through the LLM program at Queen’s University. He is drawn to the program’s distinguished faculty and comprehensive curriculum, which align with his goal of becoming a leading expert in international economic law and contributing to the broader legal community.
