From David: I have three degrees from Western University, including an Honours Bachelors of Arts in History (2013), a Masters of Art in History (2014), and my Juris Doctor (2017). I was called to the bar in 2018 and have worked exclusively in family law since that time. I also have a Masters of Law from Queen’s University (2020).

Growing up I moved around Ontario a lot, and at various points have called London, Sault Saint Marie, Sudbury, Timmins, Wiarton, and Kincardine home. I understand the different challenges faced by rural Ontarians when accessing the legal system. For the first four years of my legal career, I worked for small law firms in rural Southwestern Ontario, which gave me the relatively rare opportunity to manage my own client files from day 1 of my career. At present, I happily reside in Kingston, Ontario with my partner and our two glorious (and massive) dogs. Someday, I would like to have a dog sanctuary where older dogs can go while waiting for adoption. My ideal night-in consists of quality time with my partner, our dogs, and bad reality television.
