Devan is a lawyer who has worked in civil litigation. He completed his PhD at Queen’s in January of 2024 under the supervision of Dr. Cherie Metcalf, with a research focus on systemic issues in the administrative state. He has taught courses in Public and Administrative Law at Queen’s and Ontario Tech University.
