Erik is a second-year student at Queen’s Faculty of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, where his interest in problem-solving first developed. Before law school, he worked as a research assistant at Johns Hopkins, publishing on the link between nervous system dysfunction and rare diseases. At Queen’s, he served as an executive with the Corporate Law Club and spent his summer as a student caseworker at the Business Law Clinic, developing a passion for supporting start-ups, small businesses, and non-profits. He now returns as a group leader, mentoring new caseworkers and fostering the same supportive learning environment that shaped his own experience.
