In my freshman year, after studying various public basic courses and general courses in various colleges, I was finally attracted by the logic and rationality of law and chose to enter the Law School of Shanghai University. During the process of studying law, I met great teachers and classmates who helped me move forward, especially in the field of business law. After graduating from Shanghai University, I decided to go abroad to broaden my horizons and go for further study. Based on an understanding of China's domestic civil and commercial Law, the Civil and Commercial Law program in Canada will provide me with in-depth legal knowledge and develop the ability to resolve business disputes and legal challenges. The specialized knowledge of Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property Law will enable me to be more competitive in corporate and legal environments. So, further intensive study will equip me with more structured knowledge and proficient professional skills that will help me apply theoretical knowledge to practical solutions to legal problems in my future career.
