My decision to pursue a legal career was motivated by my desire to make an impact in the society and in doing so I have developed a passion for entrepreneurship and business leadership as I advanced in my career. I obtained my LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and proceeded to obtain my qualifying certificate to enable me work as a lawyer in Ghana. Prior to my legal career, I worked in the banking industry where I advised entrepreneurs on various finance instruments and their impact on their finances and business prospect. After being called to the Ghana Bar, I have worked in several roles with a focus on corporate and commercial law. My research interests revolve around the intersection between finance and law and how these relationships can be deployed to bolster the economic fortunes of indigenous entrepreneurs and startups. I always enjoy a good conversation, and I look forward to meeting with the faculty members and my colleagues.
