I am Ifeoluwa Emmanuel, OYEMADE, a legal practitioner with demonstrated experience and keen interest in corporate dispute resolution. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after completing the Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) program at the Nigerian Law School, Augustine Nnamani Campus, Enugu. Since then, I have worked in the dispute resolution departments of SPA Ajibade & Co. and Manifield Solicitors, where I have represented clients before various levels of court and an arbitral proceeding. In addition to my professional practice, I currently volunteer with Bits by Mani, a non-governmental organization focused on the rehabilitation and reintegration of prison inmates through life-skills training and legal advocacy. The organization has secured the release of several inmates and continues to provide critical legal support to incarcerated individuals. Through the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at Queen’s University, I aim to deepen my knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the development of a robust investment dispute resolution framework in Nigeria and across Africa.
