Javahir Saidov is a second-year student at Queen’s Law and a Project Intern with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic. He is helping launch the Clinic’s new IP walk-in initiative, building partnerships and coordinating training and workshops for student caseworkers. He is also a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid, where he received the McDougall-Watson Memorial Award for outstanding service in his 1L year. Outside school, Javahir works in the Litigation Management Branch at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, supporting court submissions and process improvements on high-value files. He also completed Queen’s International Business Law Program in Europe, strengthening his business and oral advocacy skills. Javahir’s focus is business law, and he is committed to practical support for Kingston’s startups, nonprofits, and small businesses.
