Jessica is a second-year student at Queen’s Faculty of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University, where her drive to engage with the Kingston community first began. Her experience working for a start-up company sparked her interest in supporting non-profit organizations, start-ups, and small businesses, while strengthening her commitment to community involvement. At Queen’s Law, Jessica has been actively involved with the First-Generation Network, Queen’s Sports and Entertainment Law, and served as President of the First-Year Council within the Law Students’ Society. She was also an Editor for the Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal and the Mentorship Chair for Women and Law. This past summer, she participated in the Bader International Law Program, where she studied international business law. Jessica is deeply interested in business law and is motivated to build connections with and support local businesses in Kingston.
