Nathan is a second-year student at Queen’s Faculty of Law. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University, where his interest in government and fostering community engagement began. Prior to law school, Nathan worked at a law firm that focused on business/corporate law. His time at the firm developed his interest in supporting local small businesses and non-profit organizations, while consolidating his passion for community involvement. During his first year at Queen’s, Nathan was actively involved with the Queen’s Fashion & Retail Law Society as a first-year representative; he is now serving as Co-President. This past summer, he returned to a small accounting firm in the GTA, where he assisted in filing various tax documents. Nathan is strongly drawn to business law and is excited to help serve and empower local businesses in Kingston.
