I earned my dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics in 2012, a Master of Laws degree in International Law in 2014. After graduation, I began practicing law and obtained both the Mainland China Lawyer’s Practice Certificate and the Fund Practitioner Qualification Certificate. Over the past decade, my legal career has spanned a range of industries, including real estate, finance, and private equity. I have developed experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment risk management, and dispute resolution. Since 2022, I am a senior partner of the Guangzhou Branch of one of the oldest and largest law firms in China. The ambition of becoming a lawyer in Canada leads me to Queen’s Law.
