Roya Rouzbehani is a visionary leader with over 15 years of distinguished experience in academia, administration, and program innovation. As the Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies and Professional Programs at Queen’s Law, Roya brings a dynamic blend of collaborative and entrepreneurial leadership. She is committed to driving academic and operational excellence, fostering innovation and inclusivity, and enhancing the quality and reach of professional programs.

Roya’s career encompasses a spectrum of impactful roles, including previous positions as Associate Dean and Adjunct Professor, where she has been recognized as both a mentor and advocate for faculty and student success. Known for her strategic insight and her ability to build dynamic, high-performing teams, she has championed initiatives that enhance student retention, optimize program efficiency, and drive sustainable growth across institutions.

Roya earned her undergraduate degree in Linguistics at Azad University of Tehran, followed by an MBA and a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Tehran. She further deepened her expertise as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Victoria, where she earned the CAPPA National Conference Award.
