All Winter 2021 CDO Sessions will be held via Zoom.

Students who RSVP will receive a Zoom link on the morning of each session.

This 60-minute workshop, co-hosted by the CDO and an upper year student, will include tips for effective and strategic interview preparation, an overview of the types of questions typically asked by employers, and helpful frameworks to respond to these questions.

We will also provide insights on how to best navigate video/remote interviews during both On Campus Interviews and Interview Week(s).

You should also attend this session to see interview prep theory in practice, as we will practically work through common interview questions like “Tell me about yourself.” “Why do you want to work with us?”  “Why should we hire you?” and “What is your biggest weakness?” by referencing the applicable answer-framework.
