Queen’s Faculty of Law is hosting the 7th annual Canadian Commercial Law Symposium on Saturday September 23, 2023 from 9am to 4pm. We have an exciting range of papers covering bankruptcy, commercial arbitration, consumer protection, insolvency, insurance, monetary policy and the right to housing and mortgage foreclosure.

This is primarily an in-person event with all speakers presenting in person, but to increase access to the Symposium, we are providing the option to attend by Zoom. This should include the ability to interact with presenters. The Symposium will not be recorded.
