Jack Astor's, 330 King St. E.
7–10 pm
Reconnect with old classmates and fellow law alumni in the lively and inviting atmosphere of Jack Astor's. This event is the perfect opportunity to network, share experiences, and catch up with old friends from Law.

Saturday, Oct. 21:
Tree Dedication in Memory of Professor Arthur Cockfield, Law’93
Faculty of Law Courtyard
Dedication: 11:30 am – noon
Lunch Reception: noon – 1:30 pm
Please join us for a memorable dedication of a tulip tree in the Law building courtyard from 11:30 am - noon, in memory of Professor Arthur Cockfield, Law’93. Donated through the generous gifts of friends, family, and classmates, this tree will be a source of shade, and beauty for future generations of Queen’s Law students.
This meaningful event will be followed by a light lunch from noon - 1:30pm.

Queen’s Law Showcase
Faculty of Law Building
2–4 pm
This unique two-hour event is open to all alumni of Queen’s University. Relive your student days and join Queen’s Law faculty members for a short lecture on their areas of specialty. Enjoy light refreshments in the atrium, be escorted through the building by today’s students, who will share more with you about their experiences at one of Canada’s leading law schools, and along the way, join the law lectures of your choice, followed by stimulated question and answer sessions. We invite you to immerse yourself in the Queen’s Law experience through this exciting showcase that is open to all Queen’s Alumni.

Law Reception: Meet the Dean
William R. Lederman Law Library
4–6 pm
Queen’s Law is proud to welcome its newest Dean, Colleen M. Flood, who began her tenure on July 31, 2023. Dean Flood will host alumni, faculty, and staff of the law school and other interested Queen’s Alumni in the William R. Lederman Law Library for an elegant reception with musical entertainment provided by students from the DAN School of Drama and Music. Dean Flood will provide remarks on the current state of the Faculty as well as her vision for the future. Enjoy a variety of appetizers and drinks including mocktails at this family-friendly event.
