Vulnerabilities in Armed Conflict:

Join the Centre for International and Defence Policy (http://queensu.ca/cipd), Queen's Law (http://law.queensu.ca), the Red Cross and Global Affairs Canada as we uncover the role that International Humanitarian Law (IHL) plays when looking at issues concerning the use of child soldiers in situations of armed conflict, and the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war. This conference will bring together experts from the field, including academics, practitioners and representatives from the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
