A hearing in the matter of Cox v. Minister of Citizenship and Immigration.

Mr. Cox, the applicant, is a U.S. citizen who was subject to an exclusion order for working in Canada without authorization. Mr. Cox is seeking an order setting aside the exclusion decision and an order directing the matter back for redetermination before a different Minister’s Delegate.

This is a rare opportunity to observe the Federal Court in action on campus!

M. Cox, le requérant, est un citoyen américain qui a fait l’objet d’une ordonnance d’exclusion pour avoir tra-vaillé au Canada sans autorisation. M. Cox demande une ordonnance annulant la décision d’exclusion et une ordonnance renvoyant l’affaire pour nouvelle détermination devant un autre représentant du ministre.
