Don Couturier, MPA’17/Law’19, wins the inaugural award from the Canadian Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section for his essay that "emphasizes how the different and varied worldviews of Indigenous nations should be embraced, not diluted, in the respectful and conscientious design of ADR processes.”

An icon in the criminal justice field, a pillar of Queen’s Law and a beloved professor who has taught thousands of students, Don Stuart retires on June 30, following 48 years with the Faculty.
