Former Dean Bill Flanagan, “a visionary who through perseverance, tact and hard work led the transformation of Queen’s Law to be among the best law schools in the country,” is being honoured with an award in his name: the Dean Bill Flanagan International Studies Award.
Setting research grant records for our school, our professors will use the funds won in national competitions to study an amazing variety of legal issues.
Mark Walters, Law’89 graduate and former faculty member, returns to lead Queen’s Law’s next phase of remarkable development. He has a depth and breadth of experience in research, teaching and academic leadership that will enable Queen’s Law to continue its momentum as one of Canada’s leading law schools.
