Your generous gifts to Queen’s Law make an invaluable and lasting impact on our students, faculty and alumni. With your help, we create modern teaching and learning spaces with state-of-the-art educational technology. We also recruit first-class students and offer them ways to enrich their legal education – from participating in new and enhanced hands-on learning opportunities to studying in exchange programs with leading universities around the world and interning with international public interest organizations. You are a critical part of our success in maintaining our status as a leading Canadian law school.

Your investment in the Faculty is greatly appreciated and will be publicly and gratefully highly recognized. Classrooms, programs, moots and student awards can be named in your honour. It is important to us to recognize your generosity and thank you for your support of Queen’s Law.

To show our gratitude, we have created a number of ways to recognize your support.

Building Recognition

Gifts made to major renovation campaigns are also recognized inside the home of Queen’s Law. In the hallway to our lower-level classrooms there are displays listing donors who contributed to the school’s major building renovations between 1996 and 2002 and to the classroom renewal project between 2009 and 2010.

Some spaces in the Queen’s Law building, as well as in our Queen’s Law Clinics located in downtown Kingston, have been named in recognition of leadership gifts.

Gifts made to the Faculty of Law may also be recognized by Queen’s University
