Alumni returned to campus from across Canada and the United States to reconnect and make new memories while enjoying the festivities on Homecoming Weekend, Oct. 18-20. The festivities kicked off with a Friday evening networking social for all Law alumni at Tir Nan Og in downtown Kingston. Saturday morning began with a breakfast hosted by Dean Colleen M. Flood in the Law Library, where she discussed the school’s latest developments and top priorities. After mingling, alumni toured the Law Building with student guides, visiting classrooms where Professors Debra Haak, PhD’19, Lisa Kelly, and Nicholas Bala, Law’77, gave short lectures on sex workers’ constitutional rights, youth criminal justice, and parental alienation, respectively. After cheering the Queen’s Gaels to victory at the Homecoming football game at Richardson Stadium, alumni socialized again at class dinners throughout Kingston.
